These workships are very interactive and there is lots of active participation, it is definatley not a lecture class. At the same time Lexi and Kip held the space so everyone felt safe doing the exercises and getting the most out of it .

COBRA BREATH INTENSIVE

As you become familiar with sexual energy moving through out your body, we refine the channel. Cobra Breath level 1 further awakens witness consciousness, and purifies the connection between root and third eye center (first and sixth chakra).

Strengthening your witness allows you to experience your life while remaining centered, not getting attached to the old patterns that have run your life in the past. Ipsalu means 'beyond attachment', as you maintain your witness, letting go where you would have habitually held on, you experience the gift of your presence.

COBRA BREATH INTENSIVE

This Intensive retreat clears issues that keep your sexual energy from flowing freely. You will explore your beliefs and patterns about the opposite sex and how they relate to your childhood. You will learn to use the "problems" in relationships as openings to heal your wounded inner child.

You will have opportunities to release blocked energies in the lower Chakras while addressing and resolving the past. Using witness consciousness and the power of your orgasmic energy you quickly move through old limitations to greater joy and fulfillment.
